Tom’s distinguished professional journey commenced in Philadelphia, where he co-founded a small yet dynamic artist development studio for local talent. With a passion for helping artists explore their creative vision and expand their audience scope, his career flourished as he assumed roles in local studios as a recording engineer, concurrently engaging in record distribution and artist promotion for both major and independent labels. Gaining further expertise, Tom served as a live sound and recording engineer for a multitude of music venues and corporate events nationwide. His trajectory ascended as he was appointed chief engineer of a significant production facility in Hollywood, CA. Transitioning adeptly into the tech industry in Los Angeles, then San Francisco, Tom spearheaded a team of engineers and logistics personnel across the U.S., instituting comprehensive policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines that contributed toward triumphant acquisitions and eventually a successful public offering. A devoted dad, husband, son, brother, uncle, friend, musician, and a figure known for his drive, thoughtfulness and insight, Tom is someone who keenly listens to problems, envisions solutions, and meticulously formulates actionable plans.

Greg is a seasoned music industry and technology professional with a profound passion for enhancing the music fan experience. An avid concert-goer and amateur musician, Greg seamlessly melds his love for music with an advanced expertise in merchandise design and production. His illustrious career includes pivotal roles in music retail and invaluable experience in radio programming and promotions at a leading Philadelphia radio station. Greg's natural transition into sales and consulting saw him thriving in roles where he managed a diverse client portfolio and supervised projects through the entire manufacturing and printing process. Embracing the opportunities of the tech boom, Greg assumed a crucial role in Los Angeles, then San Jose California that led to his extensive tenure as a leader at one of the world's largest retail data center companies. Renowned as a top performer and  mentor, Greg is a dedicated husband, son and uncle, celebrated for his strategic insight, collaborative spirit, and unwavering dedication to team cohesion and exceptional customer experiences.
